Training
The division of User Services, User Training and Support provides webinars, Canvas based training, in-person training, and workshops as well as customized training to meet the needs of users at Mississippi State University. These services are available at no charge to students, faculty, and staff.
Administrative Banner training is available to employees by self-enrolling in the Canvas Administrative Banner Master Course. Webinars and workshops designed for teaching with technology and classroom technology are typically offered at the beginning of Fall and Spring semesters. Custom workshops may be requested for a university department or group throughout the full year.
Webinars and/or Canvas courses include Administrative Banner, Adobe Sign, Adobe Accessibility for Web, Attendance Tracking, Canvas, ITS-Supported Classroom Lectern, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Slido, Microsoft Forms, or request customized training. Most of the User Training and Support offerings are taught online and require registration.
