User Services is the interface between the user and the technology. We provide quality training, support, and help that encompasses a complete spectrum of user backgrounds and skill levels. User Services is responsible for operation of the Campus Card Office, Campus Software Coordinator, Desktop Services, Meridian User Support, Service Desk, and User Training and Support.
