Maintainence/Production Support
System maintenance and production support is provided for departmental
and university-wide business and student information systems. This
includes, but not limited to, providing enhancements and modifications
to existing systems, produce reports and management information, monitor
and tune application software, install and test upgrades, correct
software errors, provide user support when problems and/or questions
arise, respond to end-user emergencies, provide training, develop
specifications for system software, coordinate the installation and
implementation of packaged software, act as liaison between the software
vendor and the user, and investigate new technologies. |
