Only an account owner or supervisor may request account termination.

To delete or cancel an existing computing account at MSU, contact the Help Desk and request that the account be terminated. Be sure to include in your request:

• The name(s) associated with the account(s) to be terminated
• The type of account you are terminating (Novell, Ra, myCourses, Archive, etc.)
• The effective date of termination

To cancel or terminate an existing Telecommunications LDS Number, submit a completed service termination form(PDF) to the Telecommunications Business Office, 108 Allen Hall , Mail Stop 9510.

To cancel or terminate your Dial-up account, submit a completed service termination form(PDF) to the Telecommunications Business Office, 108 Allen Hall, Mail Stop 9510.
