ITS GroupWise Factsheets

Determining your GroupWise version:

  1. Open the program GroupWise.
  2. From the Help pull-down menu select About GroupWise.
  3. The version of GroupWise you are using will be displayed.

VISTA COMPATIBILITY WITH GROUPWISE INTERNET INTERFACE
 
With Internet Explorer open, go to the Tools pulldown menu and select Internet Options. Select the Advanced tab. Scroll to the Security Section (at the bottom) and uncheck TLS 1.0 and check SSL 2.0. Click OK.
